How the work moves
Every engagement follows the same four steps: you drop your footage, we edit it, we optimize it, and we publish it. YouTube always comes first, then TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Getting your footage to us
Footage arrives through a shared folder on Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io. Drop files in whenever you finish filming and the queue picks them up. There are no transfer deadlines on your end.
Please include any notes on names, spellings, links, and anything that must or must not appear in the video. Clear notes mean fewer revisions.
Turnaround
- Short-form edits average 48 hours from upload.
- Long-form edits take 3 to 5 days, depending on length and how much restructuring the story needs.
- Rush slots are available on the Full Pipeline tier.
These are estimates. They assume complete, usable footage. Late or missing files, or slow feedback, move the schedule.
Revisions
Two revision rounds are included per deliverable on every tier. Send your notes for each round together in one message so we can turn them around cleanly. Additional rounds or changes to the original brief are quoted separately.
Optimization
Each upload gets a thumbnail, title, description, and tags built around how YouTube ranks content. On Growth and Full Pipeline, thumbnails are custom-designed to a style guide we lock in with you during your first month.
Publishing and approvals
On Growth and Full Pipeline we schedule and publish directly to your channels. If you prefer to approve each upload first, we run it that way instead. Tell us which you want when you start, and you can change it at any time.
Account access
We work through channel manager or editor roles and platform scheduling tools. We never ask for your passwords. You can remove our access whenever you choose.
Communication
We reply to messages within one business day. Every plan starts with a 20-minute strategy call. Full Pipeline clients also get a dedicated account manager.
Files and backups
Please keep your own copy of your original footage. We work from the files you share, and we are not a backup or archive service.
